Kinetic Studio is founded by Mathias Appelgren and Cecilie Als Nybo in 2023 in order to offer a holistic approach to fitness that addresses both physical and mental health. The private studio is located on Østerbro in Copenhagen and provides high-quality personal training, small group camps and company training in boxing, Muay Thai, and strength training.
