During the camp you'll learn the basics of boxing together with other beginners. You'll get to hit boxing pads and learn how to hold them for each other. This will be combined with various of exercises to strengthen your core, body and mind. It's important to note that the training sessions do not involve punches to the head or body for safety reasons.

Our program is led by Mathias, a highly experienced coach who excels in both teaching and boxing. He also co-owns Kinetic Studio. Join our camp today and unlock the full spectrum of health benefits that boxing training has to offer.
