Start an empowering 8-week journey with our Beginners Thaiboxing Camp. Tailored for newcomers and those curious about the sport, this camp offers an introduction to the world of Thaiboxing, also known as Muay Thai.
Thaiboxing is a dynamic sport that combines various striking techniques with punches, kicks, knees and elbows. Led by Cecilie, our highly experienced coach and Kinetic Studio’s co-owner, you'll not only learn the essentials of Thaiboxing, but also experience its holistic benefits - fostering both physical and mental strength, that will benefit you in both training and your daily life.
During classes you’ll learn the various techniques used in Muay Thai and also learn how to hold thai pads for other people. No punches or kicks to the body are involved. Thaiboxing as a sport provides a comprehensive workout that combines cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility in a single activity. Beyond the physical gains, you'll also experience the many mental benefits of the sport such as metal resilience and boosted confidence.
